The food of Belize is incredible. With its fresh seafood, ceviche, conch fritters, and street stands serving jerk chicken and pupusas, you could easily spend your entire time eating. Good thing there’s a beautiful beach to distract you! Unless otherwise noted on the captions, these restaurants are found on Ambergris Caye.
I swear we have been to over half these places! LOVE the pupusas in Belize! The palapa bar and lazy lizard are AMAZING! We are leaving for our RTW in 82 days and our first stop is BELIZE!!!
Just saw your post about diving in the GBN group and checked out your website. You were hanging in my part-time home on Ambergris Caye! My friends own Mata Rocks too…used to be where I stayed all the time until I got an apartment. Too bad I didn’t connect with you sooner as I was there since Dec and just left a couple weeks ago for a few months of travel. 🙂 Erin recently posted…Photo of the Week: Lobster Sliders at Casa Picasso on Ambergris Caye, Belize
